Error #2648 Unable to access Global Data fields
I'm using BarTender Automation 10.1 SP4. On one PC, I can't print any labels that have a global data field. I get Error #2646, Unable to access global data fields. I cannot log onto the SQL server via SSMS. On investigation, I find that the SQL Server service is stopped and it will not start. In the SQL server log, I see, "Error:9003, Severity: 20, State: 1" and the Windows Event Log has hundreds of Event ID 8, SQL Browser entries. How do I fix this?

Looks like the SQL server's not properly set up.
I would uninstall the sql server once, delete or rename previous database files (*.dbf, *.ldf)
Then setup system database from BarTender's tools > System Database setup.

Thank Shotaro. Googling the SQL error led me to believe that the SQL Master database was corrupt. I fixed it just like you said, Uninstalled SQL, reinstalled it, renamed the BarTender Database, ran the BarTender database setup and recreated the global database fields.
