We are trying to utilize tray 2 of a Lexmark printer but it does not appear to be a selectable option.

I start by hitting the "Print" button on the navigation bar while in the barcode designer:

Here, I have two avenues I can utilize, "Document Properties" and "Printer Properties":

When going through the "Printer Properties", you cannot select any of the configuration options:

From here, if I hit "Edit Form to Tray Assignments", I cannot select anything either:

Back at the "Print" page, if I go through the "Document Properties" > "Paper/Finishing", Tray 2 is not an option in the "Paper Source/Tray" dropdown":

With that information, can anyone tell me what I'm missing? We just want to ensure that this label is routed to Tray 2 of the respective printer.
