Enable authentication option disappeared

Hello everyone,
I cannot find 'Enable authentication' checkbox in the security tab in my print portal's setup administrative.
Any help?

  Was the option previously there? Depending on the version of BarTender you are currently running, the checkbox to enable authentication could have been placed in the "Advanced" tab:
  
  
  
  Also, does your user have the necessary permissions to access this menu on the BarTender Administration Console Security tab? Could you check your user's admin rights for Print Portal?

  No, I don't have this option in the advance tab too.

  Also my user has full control on the print portal

  Now that is odd. Could you tell us what version, edition, and service release of our software are you currently on? You can find this information by opening the "Help - About" tab on BarTender Designer. Also, what Windows version are you using?
  
  And, was this option present before? Any changes to your environment since then?

  I can confirm I have the same issue with Bartender 2022 R5 Automation Edition. Do you already have any update on how to fix this issue?
