Grouped field not showing correctly on Data Entry Form in Print Station

    Are you connecting to a database held on the network? If so it sounds like a permissions issue.

    My understanding is that Designer uses the permissions of the user logged into the PC whilst Print Station will use the credentials of the account running the BarTender Print Scheduler service (default Local System) and this may not have rights to access the network folder. As a test if you save the file locally and repoint a copy of the label to that, does that then work?

    I moved the database to the local machine and still had the same issue unfortunately.  As an aside, I tried it on a BT2021 install on another PC and it worked fine.  I know there's been some work done on Print Station between versions so maybe its somethiing that got missed?

    Yes there was a big update to how Print Station worked between 2021 and 2022 and it is now far more permission "hungry"
