"Refresh License" missing

In the Administrator Console - Licensing the option "Refresh License" is missing. 

We upgraded the license from 2 to 4 printers and we are following: https://support.seagullscientific.com/hc/en-us/articles/208862938-Upgrading-BarTender-Suite-printer-count?version=2019+and+later

  Solved. Had to follow the steps on the 192.168.15.3 and not on the 192.168.15.14.
