History Explorer - Logging Print Jobs

We recently just switched from Automation to Enterprise (2022) so we can log all of our print jobs. Only problem I am having, is how do we get this setup? I am having a difficult time finding out how to use History Explorer and Maestro. Anyone know where I can find anything to help get us going? Thank you in advance

  In the documentation there is plenty of useful info. Did you start there?
