Thank you, Peter. We have attached an image that may explain it a little better. We process over 2,000 labels a day across 500 print jobs, and will require the ease of pressing 'enter' as opposed to using the mouse. Pressing enter in the Multiple Column list case, prints the job before we have the chance to manually enter data and then press 'enter' each time to work out way through the rest of the form. The Single Column lists allow us to click and press enter without bypassing the over lists and printing. Does this help? Is it because of the settings in the Multiple Column list that does not allow us copy the ease of the Single Column list? We've tried everything!

Have you tried enabling this for your data entry list box?

Thanks Peter, we have checked this suggestion with the box ticked and unticked and still doesn't work.

Is there anything else we can try to fix it?

    Thanks

No sorry, mine test one works without a problem with this option enabled (using 2022 R4). You could try deleting the list box and re-adding it just to see if that does anything. The only other suggestion would be to make this the last field on the data entry form, or perhaps adding a 2nd entry form with the other fields after this. You could perhaps add an image (preview of template) onto the 2nd form too so the users can see what they have typed on the live label
