BarTender 2022 license server logging

    Licence Server is no longer used with the latest version (it is part of Administration Console) and all the information will be logged to the SQL System Database as default, if you have set this up. 

    You can still set up Print Job logging to a text file from within Bartender Designer but not for the other companion applications as far as I am aware.

    We have installed SQL System Database on BarTender 2022 license server but there is no message logged in after 2 weeks of operation.

    We have default system database setting, i.e. "errors, warnings and information"

    What edition are you using? If the Enterprise edition have you connected the remote client installs to the central system database otherwise they will try to log to there own local System Database. 

    I would expect you should have some information logged in History Explorer > All Messages with all the 3 options selected (Error, Warnings and Messages) for the licence at least even if the clients are not connected to this.

    We are testing with TRIAL license now, which is Enterprise edition. We have installed SQL System Database on license server only to allow logging. We are not using central system database and not using client local database. Our production system is BT 2016 Automation edition and we are going to migrate it to BT 2022.

    Not sure, you may need to contact Seagull's Tech Support directly and log a call with them. 

    The Trial licence wont connect to the existing system and the print operations that system is doing but I would still expect you should see something like this in the History Explorer companion app
