Excel 4096 rows

We have working Excel (O365) db with thousands of rows.

About once-twice a week Bartender suddenly sees only 4096 rows. So some kind of bit relation there.

Only solution we have found: copy-paste the data from the not-working db to another blank and connect it. Needs some more tuning still after this. Then it works again.
