Set Print Head and Speed from Module

Hi all

I need very frequently to change the document parameters (Print Head Temperature or Printer Speed) 

Is is possible to put them in a Data Entry Form (where I already have other label fields as Lot Number, Expiry Date, etc) instead of going to document properties, select option, etc ?

  You could add a text box on the Data Entry Form but there is no way, that I know of, how you could set the parameters from there. 

  If your Stock and Options settings are set to the default Use Current Printer Settings then BarTender does not send these parameters down to the printer in the command string and so the label will be printed using the front panel settings of the device and so you would need to adjust these on the printer. However, if you do adjust these in the label then these will become the new values that all labels use unless another label also has these set in them. If these method settings are template specific then you could configure all your labels this way with the speed/darkness being sent down each time a label is printed.
