Issues with printing via Portal

    Hi Joseph,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forum!

    In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we would benefit from having the following information:

    • What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? You can find this information by navigating to BarTender Designer's upper menu and clicking on "Help > About".
    • Are you using Drivers by Seagull™? If not, we would recommend switching to our printer drivers and testing them out. You can find these here.

    Hey!

    Sorry I should have updated this. I reached out directly to your support team and got this fixed. When I imported it from the design tool onto my server with Librarian, all of the print settings were getting lost. This is no longer an issue.
