unable to allign labels
I'm trying to print labels side by side for a customer, when i click on print preview it shows exactly how i want it but when I print it, it messes up the format. See below, 1st pic is print preview and 2nd is actual printed label from Zebra ZT410 300dpi
My drivers are up to date and below are the page and layout settings. If someone can tell me what am i doing wrong, it is greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to tell but it looks like you are trying to print two copies of the same label on two separate labels that follow one another on the roll and are not two across the web
Can you post up a picture/scan of the roll of labels so that it shows which orientation the labels are laid out in as if the above is correct your label design is all wrong, sorry

Thanks Peter, I made adjustments and below is what I'm getting now. First pic is the orientation of labels in the printer and 2nd is the printout.
It is printing in a roll and not side by side for some reason. The data could be same or different on 2 labels.

Something still does not look right in the page setup.
Set the layout back to Portrait and then configure the Page Setup to this:
Do not let BarTender auto adjust the fields but you will need to rotate all the fields through 90 degrees. I know they will then be on there side on the screen but I think it makes it easier to diagnose issues when the label layout on the screen is the same how it actually prints.
On File>Print>Document Properties settings make sure the Media Type (probably on the Stock tab) is set to Gap sense mode and I would also suggest (probably on the Options tab) that you untick and reduce both the Darkness and Print Speed. As you are printing the barcodes in "ladder" orientation then you need to monitor the speed and darkness otherwise they will not print correctly as the spaces between the bars will be reduced and that could make the barcodes unreadable.

Thanks, Peter. When i made above adjustments the layout is looking correct and it printed as per the layout. However, the print quality is not great, i will continue to make some adjustments to see if it gets any better.
