A couple of times a year, when a label is printed the date is completley wrong

    Hello Thomas,

    Welcome to the Community Forums!

    This is odd behavior. Do these times when the date is wrong share anything in common? Also, do you print multiple different labels on your batches, or are these just the same label?

    Also, are you printing using an integration, through our Print Portal app, or directly via BarTender Designer? Could you share a picture of the form you use to modify the expiry dates?

    Finally, what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? Perhaps this is due to a bug that was patched in later software revisions. You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer's upper menu.
