Is there a way to dynamically resize a table based on a data source value?

I'm printing a BO and on the first page I have extra text that does not need to appear on any of the following pages. I'd like to extend my table of data so that it will take up that extra space and show more records. 

Detailed example: On the first page my Table is 8"x5" and my disclaimer text is displayed taking up 2".  On pages 2 and on, the disclaimer is not required.  I can dynamically hide the disclaimer based on the page number using a data source, but I'd like to then extend my table to now be 8"x7" and show more rows of data. We are currently doing this by making two different label designs, but it gets complicated if a row needs to wrap.
