Template Printing Problem
Hi, I am new to BarTender and have been trying to set up new templates to clean up the layers in our primary template. Since creating these new templates it has caused us to only be able to print one label at a time, which we do not want and require printing a batch or multiple labels at a time. I have setup the printing properties on all the templates but still can only get one label to print even when multiple are selected to print. Does anyone have any insight or can help with this problem?

Not sure without further information but have you checked the settings of the File>Print screen in the labels. For testing you may want to amend it to Specify Quantity in Print Dialog to make sure it is not link to any other fields or settings on the label.
For my label in the screenshot above the quantity comes from a different filed on the label/Data Entry Form and not the Print screen.

... if the ;labels are setup similar to my screenshot and linked to a Data Source then if you click on the words Data Source in the left hand column you should be able to see where the quantity is coming from which may help you to diagnose your issue.

So we print our labels through an SAP integration and usually we print out around 50 labels in a batch. But, now since I have created a new template on the same BarTender Doc it only prints out 1 label at a time, instead of 50 (the whole batch of labels). Even when I used conditional printing on both templates it still continued to only print 1 at a time. It only worked and printed all 50 when I switched the conditional printing of the new template to never which makes me think that this just happens when a new template is added. Maybe this information will help, like I said above I am very new to BarTender and only know some of the basics.

That would suggest to me that there is something wrong with the logic behind your conditional printing.
