History Explorer/Reprint Console not showing print jobs

Hi,

We have just upgraded from Bartender 2016 to 2021 R4. When opening History Explorer or Reprint Console we get this error message: "Error occurred during processing request (Object reference not set to an instance of an object....)", and it looks like this

Any Idea what could be the issue?
