Bartender License Server does not show the printer used lists.

    If you're experiencing an issue where the printer used list is not appearing on the Bartender Administration Console, there could be a few potential causes and solutions to consider:

    1. Refresh the printer list: Try refreshing the printer list in the Bartender Administration Console. Sometimes, the list may not update automatically, so manually refreshing it can help.

    2. Check printer connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the server and turned on. If it's a network printer, make sure it's connected to the network and accessible by the server.

    3. Verify printer drivers: Confirm that the printer drivers are correctly installed on the server. Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause issues with printer recognition. You may need to update the drivers or reinstall them if necessary.

    4. Restart the server: Sometimes, restarting the server can resolve communication or software-related issues. Try restarting the server and checking if the printer list appears correctly afterward.

    5. Verify printer permissions: Ensure that the user account running the Bartender Administration Console has the necessary permissions to access and view printers on the server. Check the user account settings and make sure it has appropriate permissions.

    6. Check firewall and antivirus settings: Verify that the server's firewall and antivirus settings are not blocking the communication between the Bartender Administration Console and the printers. Temporarily disable the firewall or antivirus software to see if it resolves the issue.

    Having said that, if none of the above suggestions work, could you send us a screenshot of the printer menu and tell us what printers should appear on the list and are missing?
