Followed software move instructions, stuck
Been using the product for around 10 years in our office. Needed to move it to a new machine.
As stated in the bartender help area under activating bartender "
If you do not have a hardware security key, deactivate the software on the old computer and activate it on the new one. "
I did as it said, since we have no idea where software or key is anymore, figuring it would give me the key as it deactivated it.. NOPE. so now no key, no ability to reinstall.

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone.
