Error #3413 bartender 2021
Good morning,
In our company we are using BarTender 2021 for 14 printers and no maintenance contract. Until last week it was working properly. Last Sunday I restarted the server that contains the Bartender license server and, since then, when we try to print any label we get the error #3413 "The current user XXXX did not use the printer YYYY before the grace period, therefore, the permission to use that printer is not clear. BarTender will not print or export printer code templates until the connection to the license server is restored".
I have restarted the server again, restarted the service and nothing works. I've tried to put the licence back in and it doesn't recognise it. Any ideas? Thanks for your help

En la empresa tenemos BarTender 2021 para 14 impresoras y sin contrato de mantenimiento. Hasta la semana pasada estuvo funcionando sin problema. El pasado domingo reinicié el servidor que contiene el servidor de licencias Bartender y, desde entonces, cuando intentamos imprimir alguna etiqueta nos da el error #3413 "El usuario actual XXXX no utilizó la impresora YYY con anterioridad al periodo de gracia, por tanto, el permiso para utilizar esa impresora no está claro. BarTender no imprimirá ni exportará plantillas de código de impresoras hasta que se restaure la conexión con el servidor de licencias".
He vuelto a reiniciar el servidor, he reiniciado el servicio y nada funciona. He intentado meter de nuevo la licencia y no la reconoce. ¿Alguna idea? Gracias por vuestra ayuda

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone.
