New Label design
hi Folks
pretty sure i am doing something silly here as its been a long time since i have used Bartender!
i have a designed a label that uses a csv output file from our ERP as the db source - basic fields from a Purchase order receipt
i have created an integration which is running and polling a folder for new csv files
the problem is, when i print from the erp, it creates a new bartender csv file ok, with all the new information, but the csv details i used for the design is what prints?
how do i get bartender to print the new data?
thanks
Mal

It sounds like you have not told the Integration that the data to use on the label is the information in the trigger file:

hi Peter, thanks for posting back
i hadn't that setup at the time of writing the post, but since that, i have been following a video and now have the 2 additional actions setup exactly as your screen shots
but still i get the static data exactly as per below? well i now get 3 prints rather than 1 :) , but that is a matter ill look into later

That is just a preview of the label and not the live label. What happens if you Test the integration with a live file?

yea, i was just showing exactly what prints
the live files will have various qty received values, but the values used in the mapping is what prints each time

Not sure, but just checking your label is configured so that it is linked to a CSV file that matches the output your system is creating?
Have you set the system to rename the file when it is detected and then delete it once done? Something like this:

yea setup exactly like this
the file is created, and i rename with timestamp and change extension from bt to .txt - that works fine
but the label prints then with the old mapped data in the db connection config file, (which has the same structure as the file being sent)
