BarTender 2019 Deactivates itself

Hi there.

Currently experiencing an issue with Bartender. Our main Bartender machine Crashed and the Software was removed. After reinstalling Bartender we pointed Bartender to our Activation server and it activated successfully. However after a week later it deactivates itself and asks to be activated again.

Looking at some possible reasons why this could be happening and how we can resolve it please.

  Did you make any changes to the machine BarTender is installed on or is it a virtual machine? When BarTender detects changes in your system, sometimes it triggers a false positive for a system change and it deactivates itself. If you are setting up new hardware to your system, we would recommend activating BarTender after you are done with these changes.

  Hi Xabier.

  Thanks for your response. The machine Bartender is installed on is physical, Not virtual. a desktop we have sitting in our office. System Restore was run on the machine causing all software to be removed including Bartender. We have not made any hardware changes to the machine it remains the same as it always has been.

  Could it be possibly having conflicts against its older activation?
