Yes. I would suggest selecting the GS1-DataMatrix symbology, adjust the Human Readable placement to right and then use the GS1 Application Identifier wizard to help guide you through the rest of the creation process

The one I created is using a GS1-DataMatrix with all the correct settings for that symbology (brackets only in the human readable and function one characters as appropriate etc) and that is how the symbol looks with all the data encoded as an ECC200 symbol type.
Your symbol looks nothing like it and so must be using some other protocol. I have tried creating it as a standard DataMatrix symbol as different ECC types but still cannot match the image. I haven't got a DataMatrix image scanner other than an app on my phone, and I cannot read it either.
In order to be able to replicate it you will need to find out what was used to create it and the symbology settings used.

Have you tried producing it as per posts above and tested with that?
Quick question do you know what the non printable characters are in the scan? There should be a Function 1 at the start of the string and one after the AI 10 data as the AI 21 is at the end of the code and all the other elements are fixed length and do not require them.
