Problem with licence
Good morning, in my company (HHS Chmicals) we use the Bartender program to print self-adhesive labels on one Citizen CLP 8301 printer. Because there were problems with the program's operation, it was installed on several devices (laptops). Until today, i.e. until November 14, 2023, one device was working properly, but because it was needed for other purposes, the license was deactivated. Unfortunately, an attempt to install on another laptop cannot be successful because a message appears that the license is activated on another device. Therefore, I am asking you to delete all devices licensed with Product Key Code W2QZ-GXPD-WPPG-64KM After clearing the device list, I will be able to enable the license on the target device.

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone. If not, we still have some regular support channels available to you, such as the web-form.
In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number (if you have it), this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.
