Bartender indicating that there is a printer license error can't find it.
Good Morning,
I was just forced to change up how I was running everything to start printing more Electronic Documents. I'm using Bartender 2022 Automation. When I process the script I wrote that uses the process builder, I'm now getting a message indicating that my License is exceeding the two Printer limit within the 7 Day limit. This worked less than 24 hours ago without any issues.
If i go into the Admin Console and look under the License it says my License is in Normal Status, and says I have used 3 Printers in the last 30 days, but I have only used 2 in the last 7. Since then I went in and blocked all my printers except the two that I want (a Konica and the Electronic Doc Printer). I see that the Doc Printer is only at about 2000 print Jobs, which I believe we get 5000 every week.
In the previous application of Bartender we had there was a License server app that allowed me to fix the license issues immediately and tell it which printers I wanted to use is there something I'm missing here? How do I go about fixing this so my jobs are created correctly tomorrow?

If you are using 2022 R3 and later you should be able to print 5000 electronic labels per physical printer licence you have.
If you look at the Licence Setup in Admin console that will tell you how many electronic documents you have printed and how many you have printed whilst the printer usage tab will tell you have many printers you have used so you may need to check these to see if you can see an issue

I think I never upgraded from R1. Can I still do that if my support contract has lapsed?
Under License Setup I am seeing 2000 printed. Is that maybe my issue testing all of this made me exceed a lower limit?

You should still be able to download and update to the latest release of 2022
