Data Entry Form shows an empty table in Record Picker in Print Station
After creating a Record Picker in Designer, it's able to show data from the database in Designer when previewing, It's got data and columns that were chosen to be visible in the property menu:
When I opened this same template in Print Station, it shows an empty table, and looks like no settings in the property has been applied to it:
Did I potentially miss something in here? Could you please help?

Is the database on a the network and not local? If it could be permissions that are the issue. Designer will use the rights of the user printing from the application whilst Print Station will use the rights of the "user" that is running the BarTender Print Scheduler service and that by default is the local system account which probably does not have network rights.

Yes the database it's accessing is from the different machine on the local network, is it possible to grant it with the network permission for Print Station to work? Or is there another way around this to achieve the same purpose?

The only way I know of is as mentioned above and adjust the account that runs the BarTender Print Scheduler service in Services on the PC/server
