Batchmaker Freezing

I have been using Batchmaker to print in batches of 60. However, if I download any more than 20 batches, the data download seems to freeze. Also sometimes, when the data is downloading for 20 or less batches it will also freeze. With both instances, it will usually shut the Batchmaker program down.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution to it.

  Probably that post's not really fit into Feature request. Please contact to regional [url="http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/technical-support.aspx"]tech support[/url].
  Along with [url="http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/required-for-technical-support.aspx"]necessary info[/url], please attach your batch maker's batch (.btbat file) if possible.
