How To Match The Job Entry In Pxsmartagent Database To The Same In History Explorer
Hi,
For some jobs in PXSmartAgent database the entry for printer is NULL and job status Shows as PENDING, when i check for the same job in BarTender History Explorer based on timing of Job, History Explorer message displays that job printed successfully. so wanted to know
is there any way to match the jobs entry in PXSmartAgent and History Explorer, ecxept the job timing ?
as there is no common field for the jobs at both location.
I would appreciate your help

Have they tried asking Pragmatyxs? I'm afraid that our developers don't know much about that schema.
