History Explorer Status Stays At "creating"
Greetings,
Currently on our system we have 2 BarTender Servers called "Label01" and "Label02. Both are running Windows Server 2008 R2 and both are running BarTender 9.4 SR3.
Both Servers are setup to write to a system database on local but on another server, called DB03 and the database is called bartender_log.
Both Servers connect successfully to the system database and write successfully.
The issue that I am encountering occurs on Label01. When I open History Explorer, and view "Jobs By Computer", the status for jobs under the Label02 computer show "Sent", while the jobs for Label01 show "Creating". I have waited for the status to change but it has not. The labels print successfully with no other issues that I am aware of.
I have installed the SLS Remote Assistant and both servers are connected or can communicate with the license server that is hosted on Label02.
Does anybody have any information as to why the status of the print jobs from Label02 changes from "Creating" to "Sent" but the status of the print jobs from Label01 stay at "Creating".
I know that this may seem minimal but we use this when we need to trouble shoot printing issues.
I am open to any thoughts.
