Prompting In Print Station, Can It Be Done?

I am a new user to BarTender, and I am currently setting up a label system for my department. What we would like to happen is for any user to use the PRINT STATION option to print labels, BUT have the prompted fields be filled in before printing. I know this can be done through BarTender, but we would like certain fields locked so they can not be changed. As of right now, IT has not granted me security access to do this in BarTender so all fields are fair game for anyone to change, hence why I would like to know if prompting can be done through print station. Any and all help would be appreciated.

  Hi Sorajmw,
  There's no option to enable / setup user prompt (Data entry) from Print Station setting.
  It looks you need to get permission to modify BarTender document (btw file) from IT department.
  There's various option to limit user access to format or BarTender application, so your IT department might be able to find better solution.
