Prompt In Print Station

I am brand new to BarTender and have successfully created a few labels. My labels pull 2-4 fields from a database based on a part number. I have a query setup in the database connection and when I print from inside bartender it works fine. I print, it prompts for the records then I enter the part number and it pulls that label up.

 

In Print station i don't receive a prompt it just gives me an error: 3200 no records found. Its because there is no Part Number parameter being sent.  How do i accomplish this?

  FYI Problem Fixed.

   

  I needed a service update. I was doing it correctly.
