Email Not Being Sent For Printer Exceeded Message Folgen

I have a 20 license installation. I have set an alert for the message 3609  "the maximum number of printer licenses are in use".

I was expecting to get an email for that alert, but I got nothing. I am able to send a test email from the license server.

I've attached a screenshot of the license server screen.

you need to check your email setting as it is set to message 3609 then there is barely a chance of email limit exceed so you should check your email alert setting and reset it once.  for more information about email AT&T Email Support
