Prompts When Restarting License Server Folgen
When we restart the machine that the license server sits on there are two prompts that have to be answered. Is there a way to avoid these two prompts and just have the license server start? If not is there a message I need to set to alert me that the machine is running in the "grace" mode/period?

Which prompt? is that show #xxxx number on the dialog? In BarTender or License Server, from Administer > Application message setup, you can disable specific messages.
You can send e-mail alert for desired messages like "#2401 Although BarTender cannot connect to Seagull License Server..." from BarTender's Administer > Alert setup.
Note the e-mail alert does not support SSL so you need to have access to SMTP without SSL (which not common recently).
When I go into SLS look at alert setup my messages go from 2207 to 2510 I do not see message 2401

Make sure License Server service's startup is set to Automatic from Administration > Service setup.
Restart Server OS while License Server application is closed. License Server runs as background service, so you don't have to open License Server application while printing.
