Export Printer Code Template – Zpl – With Image
Hello,
I’m trying to export the label to generate the ZPL code. This
tag contains labels, lines, barcodes and images. But when I try to print this
ZPL code using Generic Text Only Printer, everything comes out, but not the
image. Can someone help me?
We are using Bartender 10.

If you send the same file using the Seagull printer driver with the "Send file to printer" item in the "Action" menu button found under the "Tools" tab of the driver does everything print as you'd expect?

Good Morning,
Yes, works fine.

Is there a process where bartender send the image to printer memory prior sending the ZPL code?

If you perform a print to file with a BarTender document that contains picture objects (or even text objects using a Windows font) then you'll see the graphic data is embedded into the ZPL file.

Note, an exported SAP Script-ITF file generated by BarTender is for importing into a SAP Script-ITF in the SAP system. It can then only be printed from there. It is not suitable for sending the generated file directly to the printer as it contains some extraneous markup that SAP strips away when it send the print job to the printer.

Try SAP Script ITF (UTF-8) and or try a different graphics renderering method in the printer driver preferences.
