If you send the same file using the Seagull printer driver with the "Send file to printer" item in the "Action" menu button found under the "Tools" tab of the driver does everything print as you'd expect?

Is there a process where bartender send the image to printer memory prior sending the ZPL code?

If you perform a print to file with a BarTender document that contains picture objects (or even text objects using a Windows font) then you'll see the graphic data is embedded into the ZPL file.

Note, an exported SAP Script-ITF file generated by BarTender is for importing into a SAP Script-ITF in the SAP system.  It can then only be printed from there.  It is not suitable for sending the generated file directly to the printer as it contains some extraneous markup that SAP strips away when it send the print job to the printer.

Try SAP Script ITF (UTF-8) and or try a different graphics renderering method in the printer driver preferences.
