Problem Printing Idautomation Barcode Font In Access Report Using Datamax O N'eil Thermal Printer

I designed a report to print barcode using the free IDAutomation barcode font available at idautomation.com/fonts/free/
everything went fine during the design stage and looks right in the print preview
but when I tried to print it on a Datamax O N'eil thermal printer
all the text fonts are printing fine except the barcode, instead of the barcode font a text font is printing in a very small size
I have installed the driver for the printer and also imported the font into the printer

THE BARCODE REPORT IS PRINTING FINE ON LASER JET PRINTERS
The problem is only with Datamax O N'eil Thermal Printer

  Generally, don't install barcode to printer, try to print barcode as image.
  Besides I'm tech support of BarTender label design software so having no idea of how IDAutomation product works.

  How do you print barcode as image
  Is there any changes to be made in the driver
  I use a Microsoft Access Database to print these barcodes
  and my operating system is Windows vista

  To print barcode as image, plase ask IDAutomation support as I don't have a good idea of that software.
  With BarTender, you can connect to access database table and print label.
