Commander Trigger File Should Print One Label From A Queue..... Folgen

Hi,

We are exploring Bartender as our potential label printing software.

We want Commander to control the printing process.

Example:

Lets say we have a list of labels as below:

Label Name      Quantity

Label1                 3

Label2                 5

Label3                 1

So, we have 9 labels to be printed. First, 3 of Label1, then 5 of Label 2 and then 1 of Label3.

So, the sequence will be as follows:

Label1

Label1

Label1

Label2

Label2

Label2

Label2

Label2

Label3

Now each time when the Commander is triggered, only 1 label should be printed.

The time between next trigger file would be around 15 minutes but I reckon it doesn't matter.

The printing process should keep the sequence until all the labels are printed.

How can we achieve that? Kindly let us know. It will speed up our selection process.

Regards,

Mirza.

I would suggest you use either Commander Script or BarTender XML script to control what label designs to print, in what sequence, and in which quantities.  Refer to the Commander white paper and the BarTender Help system for a full reference on each.
