Seagull License Issue Folgen
Hi,
We have installed the Bartender on Server on Domain_A and when I'm trying to connect from Domain_B, I'm getting error saying could not find the Seagull license server.
But in the activation wizard it shows my edition is activated.
We connect two domains with VPN
What would be the cause?

Activated and Licenced are two separate things with the former meaning that the the program itself has been validated as a genuine installation with a correct product key.
Assuming Licence Server is running on the server it is installed on then it sounds like you are going to have to manually "point" the BarTender install at the Licence. To do this open BarTender and chose the Administer menu and the Licencing option. Untick the Automatic..... button at the top of the screen and enter either the IP address or server name/path in the field below and then Test to make sure that the server can now be found.
Hopefully that will get you up and running.
