Reprint Console Is Empty

No jobs are showing up in the reprint console. So far, 18 jobs have been printed via commander today.

  I just tried Reprint Console for the first time and I'm also seeing zero jobs. I am printing directly from within BT, but also used Print Station. The connect dialog shows I'm connected to the SystemDB on my local computer.
