Notification On Checking In New Version
Hi,
Within the Librarian tool I would like to set up email notification when a new template is checked in. I can't see this functionality in v10 - is it planned for future release?

I'm evaluating Bartender 2016 R2 and also was looking for email notification and label routing for approvals but can not find it. Am I looking the the wrong place?

Create an Integration using the Integration Builder of a file event type. From the folder location drop down list choose the "Librarian" option and set things up as you normally would. Create a send email action to execute whenever a file is saved to the Librarian system in order to act as a notification system.

Is it possible to look for a state change in Librarian? Say if a label state is changed to 'Proposed', send email to persons X, Y, Z?

Jonas: Such notification features are not currently supported in BarTender 2019. However, state change notification will be coming in the next major version release.
