Folders Not Sorted In "folder Navigator" View

Recreating the issue:

 

Printstation 10.1 with "Show Folder Navigator" enabled, connected to Librarian.

 

Folders listed on the left hand folder navigator pane appear to be in the order of their creation date, not alphabetical.

 

Is there any way to control this? Folders are shown in alphabetical order in the main viewing area just fine.

 

Screenshot attached of a "Customer Labels" folder in PrintStation (Librarian folder), with subfolders not shown in alphabetical order - but create date order (oldest first).

 

 

Let me know if there's anything we can do to fix this, thanks!

  Hello,

   

  Our tests show that the folders are organized alphabetically like they're supposed to be.  I don't think the screenshot you refer to made it into the post.  Could you try to reattach, please?

  My mistake on the attachment, attached it here again (hopefully).

   

  The main area sorts fine, the navigator area on the left does not - it sorts by folder creation date it seems like.

   

  Print Station 10.1, using Librarian.
