Bartender 2016 R9 crashes
I have a client PC running Windows 10 Enterprise version 22H2 on which we installed our 2016 R9 version of Bartender
Bartender 2016 R9 crashes after making an (access) database connection.
Once the connection is established, it is no longer possible to save the label.

Not sure but I wonder if there is an issue with the ODBC connectors. You could try installing MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) and see what that does. The saving could be associated with that too or else permissions issues.
