Bar Tender sofware- underlying connection after reinstall the software
Hi Sir,
i have issue for the licensing. i bought 2 unit bar code printer come with the bar tender software and license. but this 2 unit version is different, one is 2019 another is latest version. then we want to use the 2019 same version, i map second PC to the 2019 license & can use it. but this 2 day have error detect, the i have remove both pc bartender software, now want to install back the main with the license hit below message:
Attempting to connect to activation server.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
Failed to connect to the activation server. Either check your internet connection settings and cable connections and try again, or select 'Try Browser Instead.'
how to solve above message, currently my bar tender cant use & i urgent for this.

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone. If not, we still have some regular support channels available to you, such as the web-form.
In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number (if you have it), this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support.
