Hope there's someone out there who can advise me.

I was bought a label printer that had a BarTender installation CD in the package.  After I figured out how to use the printer with the software and did a few trial runs, the software trial period ran out.  This was in 2022, and yes, The trial version included was BarTender 2016.

Me being completely new to this, my software trial ran out.  I have figured out logging in online and recall that it distinctly said I need to pay for a full version of the software, but when I login to my BarTender I cannot contact anyone for help or submit a request, as I had an old version from 2016.

I have started the download of the newest BarTender (Jan 2024 released) but now I need a product key code, which I cannot find because the old version was deleted.

So, I can't contact anyone to submit a help request as no Support number

I have no access to the Keycode from the old version

And no idea if I am meant to pay for the full version or how I am supposed to do this.

Really confused, so I would really appreciate any suggestions.
