    When Excel record print
    Row 1 -> Print 5 qty -> 1-2-3-4-5
    Row 2 -> Print 3 qty -> 1-2-3
    Row 1 again -> Print 2 qty -> 6-7
    Recon will print everything along with any text number increments with reset when again print same row.

    It sounds like you need to write back the last number printed to the database to be read back in the next time you print that product. Check out the Actions in either the Data Entry Form properties (if you use one) or the BarTender Document Options screens as there is a Update Database Record option in there

    When Excel record print then I want to print without data base records from template design already red marked.
    Row 1 -> Print 5 qty -> 1-2-3-4-5 from red marked.
    Row 2 -> Print 3 qty -> 1-2-3  from red marked.
    Row 1 again -> Print 2 qty -> 6-7 from red marked.
    Recon will print everything along with any text number increments with reset when again print same row.

    We have successfully connected Bartender to our database and designed labels incorporating barcode objects. However, we are seeking guidance on the best practices for data entry and printing. Specifically, we are interested in:

    Last serial data entry methods in database.

    To print when a new record is added to the database? In which case you will need to look at Integration Builder and a Database Integration that looks at the appropriate field in the database and when it is populated it will print the label for that record
