product key not show

The product key does not show  I can't active product key

  The Product Key Code would have been displayed on your "certificate" when you purchased the software. If you open BarTender Designer and go to the Help>About screen you will be able to see Support Number and of you contact Seagull Tech Support team with this then they should be able to confirm the code for you (try the submit a request option above)
