Print job name ignored in BTXML under 2019 R8

I am trying to figure out why this is occurring. I have a C# .NET web application that creates BTXML and posts it to BarTender Integration Builder.  The BTXML sets the name of the job uniquely so I can track it on the print server.  When I run this through 2022 it seems to work fine.  The jobs get the assigned name.  But on our 2019 R8 server the jobs always default to the name of the template file (.btw).  Is this an issue with 2019 or should I look deeper into printer and print server permissions?  They seem to be identical for this printer on both print servers.

  Just a quick thought, if you are using both BarTender 2022 and 2019, to make sure you save the label file as a BarTender 2019 file as that version will not ne able to open/access 2022 label formats.
