Format in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats into bartender

Hi, 

We are using this version of Bartender Designer 2022 R8.

I am facing a problem in BarTender, It is not exporting as a PDF. I receive the sticker's barcode data from the client in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats. I want to open it directly in Bartender. Please help 

What is the latest version of Bartender in which all this is possible?

  BarTender is not a PDF reader although you can import PDFs into a label as an image file
