It sounds like you have either tried to print to too many printers, or else (if USB) the printer has been disconnected and connected again causing the driver to be duplicated or ir using multiple computers printing to the same printer, these have each been installed locally, meaning that BarTender thinks they are different machines, rather than installed on one device and shared from there.
