Exceeded maximum your maximum number of licensed printers
One of our customer with bartender license. Has recently replaced the printer that is used in Bartender to print their labels. They installed the new printer under the same name (it is also the same type or printer) but because it is connected through USB the port changed from USB001 to USB002. Now they get an error #1401 and Bartender refuses to print to the new printer. To another zebra printer they can still print from Bartender.
Is it possible to solve this problem?
Or can they add a new license so they have more printers available in their license?
I hope you can help me with this problem because the customer urgently needs to print labels otherwise his production will stop.
