    Hello

     

    To resolve this, try the following:

    1. Check your Administration Console under Licensing to see which printers are currently counted.
    2. If a printer is no longer in use, remove it from the printer list and wait for the reset period (usually 7 days).
    3. If needed, contact Seagull Scientific support to request a manual reset of registered printers.
