Template with Embedded Data

Hi All,

I am currently using NiceLabel and we use a csv file with variables to pick data from the csv and print the labels. The csv is uniquely generated every time from our LIMS system and dropped into a folder. 

I have an older version of Bartender running already but I have a different setup of Bartender 2022 I'm trying to bring up. I need some help with how to rewrite the csv to incorporate those variables into a Bartender template. 

 

This is how our Bartender csv looks like at the moment. 

I need the csv to include the following info

 

I have the template ready as Embedded Data(not sure if this is what I should be using) for all the fields but don't know how to setup the CSV to call out for them.

I can't setup a database field as the file name changes every time its generated from our LIMS system. 

 

Any help would be great.

  Is the BFlora031725SM data still needed? 

  With the current Integrations you do not need to use the old Command Script commands that were previously required (those between the %BTW% and the %END%) as these can now be included in the actual data itself. 

  As you are rewriting what is being output you could just add this info to each line in you CSV, such as

  ....<headers>......EXTERNAL_Code2,label,printer

  .....<data>...........HT600090622,tube_labels.btw,RDZebra2

  In Integration builder you would configure these fields as variables telling the integration which field contains the information and so you would end up with something a bit like this (for the example below the label name is made up of data in two fields and does not include the .BTW file extension so that needs to be added manually in the Fiel Name box
